US Military – Not all killing

We read the posts every day about the US military taking action somewhere. The Media chooses to highlight the bad. The killing makes news, but does all the humanitarian action the US troops do every day. Our troops give pencils and paper to kids that have none. Our troops for the most part try to be good neighbors.

Yeah, they are there because of war. Yeah they are there as a show of force. Yeah they will do as told and attack on command, but those things happen rarely. The normal every day life of the troops is just surviving to the next day, and what better way than to help and befriend the locals. Normally the war has nothing to do with the locals.

Yeah, The US Military is the toughest in the world, But they are also very compassionate.
